This variation from the Traditional and Original recipe was brought about for those religions that exclude pork from their diets. All pork and spek has been omitted from this product creating a BEEF ONLY version. We use only quality Scottish beef in our products together with the original array of herbs and spices traditionally used by the pioneering forefathers of South Africa.
