The Original SA Deli chicken flatties are a unique way of preparing chicken for that special meal. Chicken flatties are good for a braaivleis, barbecue or oven grilled. These fresh, plump A-grade chickens are butterfly cut and not spatchcocked. They are then lightly marinated in one of our many flavourful marinades for 24 hours to ensure that the flavour is absorbed deep into the succulent flesh.
