At OriginalSADeli.com we aim to provide a first class level of service for our customers. However, should you discover a problem upon delivery, we want to help put matters right.
All products are guaranteed against defects and always in accordance with the manufacturers or suppliers guarantee and warranty conditions. However, products such as perishable goods are only guaranteed up to the point of delivery but if you find that the product ordered does not meet the desired standards upon delivery, then please contact us as soon as possible.
If you, or your consignee, do not receive goods ordered within 2 days of the delivery date notified, please notify us of the problem at our contact address within 7 days of the delivery date. If you are asked to return a damaged or defective item, the product should be unused, undamaged and in its original (undamaged) packaging. It is vital that you do not sign for goods as "in good condition" if the packaging is in any way damaged and you should ensure that the delivery agent is notified immediately in writing of any defect.
You may cancel your order while it is still being processed, however the full cancellation provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations may not apply due to the perishable nature of some goods.
